I can give you tips on slef-defense, skiing, and playing the drums. I am a 3rd degree black belt in a MMA style called Hen San Ryu. I am also a Level 1 PSIA ski instructed with the Intermountain division in Park City, Utah. If you want any tips playing the drums, specifically the double bass, I can do that as well.
